Holiday Closure Advance Notice

1. How long do the toppers take to arrive? -You will usually receive your toppers within 4-5 working days of your order. But if you are in a hurry please message us and we will do our best for you. 2. Will the toppers keep if I order in advance? -Once the toppers are kept in the sealed bag in which they are delivered, away from damp or direct sunlight, they are perfect for over 3 months. Exposure to sunlight may cause colours to fade. 3. Are your toppers gluten free? -Both the wafer card and the icing sheets we use are free from gluten. The printer and equipment we use is used solely with these products. They are made in a kitchen, however, where other products that may contain gluten are made so there is always a small risk of cross-contamination. 4. What is the best was to apply the toppers to my cake/cupcakes? -The icing sheets used for the full cake toppers should peel away easily from the clear plastic backing. If it doesn't come away easily, pop it in the freezer for 15-20 seconds and carefully lift onto your cake. It is best if your icing has not dried when applying the topper. If your icing has dried, apply a very fine mist of water and it will stick to the dampened icing. Make sure your hands are dry when applying. -For the wafer cupcake toppers, never use water. They are best applied to moist buttercream frosting, piped or spread onto the cupcakes. They can also be applied to rice krispie buns before they set and to cookies (with a small bit of buttercream icing or even a bit of Nutella.)
